First Steps To Beauty

I am 31 years old :)  And  I am a mother. I have 8 months baby Vicky.
All the nine months while I was pregnant I was thinking what after birth? I was not fat pregnant, but still I was afraid how could I become slim after birth. But now I am thinner then I was before pregnancy.
Besides weight there is a lot that women must think about to improve their appearance. So here I will give you some steps to follow in the way of beauty

1. Control your weight. I dont mean that everybody must look like supermodels, slim & skinny, but believe me with more wight come more diseases. The only thing you need to do is control your weight. Try not to gain kilograms which will influence on you badly.
2. Drink more water. do you know that one of the most important building material of your body is water? The much water you drink per day, the better you and your skin will look.
3. Stop eating sweet things. You are snack lover? Stop it - start eating apples, pomegranate, orange ... but please stop eating a lot of cookies, cupcakes etc
4. Be more active in life. Right now go and buy gym ticket and start aerobics, yoga, fitness or anything else now. Or give some time to yourself  and  exercise with me as I am going to put here some "Home Work Out videos"
5. Go out. Stay mostly on air, walk, just seat in park or do anything you want but just close the door of your house and go out.
